New Hamphshire Supreme Court allows the child to travel to India

New Hampshire Supreme allows Rajesh Jathar to take his child to visit India despite mother Cynthia Rix’s appeal that India is not a party to the Hague convention.

We wish Supreme Court had considered many cases of Indian government and its legal systems history of protecting abductors and allow child to remain with the abductor. Vishala Thiagarajan’s abduction from Salem, NH in October, 2008 has not deterred the NH Supreme Court in its decision where Indian courts are clearly protecting the abductor even against Salem Family Court order to return the child to US to the fathers care.
